How these were measured

Neither file has a parts list or part names, so nothing here was read off a label. Each part was measured from its shape: the thread size from the shank, the length from under the head to the tip, and the head from its outer size and height.

Where a screw head matches the ISO 4762 socket cap standard, the hex key size comes from that standard. Where it does not, the key was measured from the socket in the model, and the table says so. Parts we could not size a tool for say "Check on the scooter".

The files do not model most threads, so thread pitch is usually not known. Standard coarse pitch is the usual choice, but check before ordering. The files also have no assembly order and no torque values, so this page gives none.
